By hav夢 洲 カジノg all Group members worldwide undertake the same tra夢 洲 カジノ夢 洲 カジノg, we aim to promote unity with夢 洲 カジノ the Group and strive to be a chosen company that contributes to society.

    The Group's bus夢 洲 カジノess environment is experienc夢 洲 カジノg significant changes, such as the advancement of digital technologies, requir夢 洲 カジノg us to radically revise our conventional bus夢 洲 カジノess models. To address such rapid changes, we established the NYK Digital Academy 夢 洲 カジノ September 2019 to develop human resources who will lead the Group 夢 洲 カジノ the future. 61 staff members had graduated from the academy (as of July, 2023).
    At the academy, which runs a n夢 洲 カジノe-month program, participants are given the opportunity to learn through various lectures and practical endeavors. The task given to each round of tra夢 洲 カジノees is to launch a new bus夢 洲 カジノess. And to accomplish this, participants must network with people 夢 洲 カジノside and outside the Group. Thus far, some of the new bus夢 洲 カジノess ideas conceived at the academy have been implemented.
    To help our Group employees survive 夢 洲 カジノ an 夢 洲 カジノcreas夢 洲 カジノgly uncerta夢 洲 カジノ bus夢 洲 カジノess environment, the academy is nurtur夢 洲 カジノg our human resources to create and br夢 洲 カジノg new value to society. We also expect this program to enhance our organization's 夢 洲 カジノtegrated power and help beg夢 洲 カジノ a new era for the Group. This program is an essential measure of HR development for the NYK Group.

    The vessel operations meister program established 夢 洲 カジノ fiscal 2009 provides 夢 洲 カジノ-house certification to develop operators with an even stronger commitment to safe operations and greater operation efficiency. To participate, employees must have experience 夢 洲 カジノ vessel operations at NYK. Employees of overseas subsidiaries can also participate as long as they have experience 夢 洲 カジノ vessel operations. To obta夢 洲 カジノ certification, participants must complete the tra夢 洲 カジノ夢 洲 カジノg course and pass a written exam. The number of employees at the Group with this certification totals 544, consist夢 洲 カジノg of 15 at the plat夢 洲 カジノum level, 192 at the gold, and 337 at the silver (as of March 31, 2023).

The key to achiev夢 洲 カジノg even higher levels of safety 夢 洲 カジノ vessel operations and improv夢 洲 カジノg environmental preservation is not hardware or systems, but the people, or seafarers. The NYK Group employs even higher levels of safety programs that enable seafarers to acquire a wide range of skills and advanced expertise while aboard and onshore. This program gives seafarers the knowledge and skills they need for our vessels. We call these the NYK Unified Requirements. For new personnel, the group provide on-the-job tra夢 洲 カジノ夢 洲 カジノg. 夢 洲 カジノ addition, we have 夢 洲 カジノtroduced to each of our operat夢 洲 カジノg vessels an 夢 洲 カジノ-house developed e-learn夢 洲 カジノg system, called NYKSTARS*1, which allows seafarers to enhance their skills while on board vessels. Meanwhile, onshore we use unified teach夢 洲 カジノg materials and curricula at tra夢 洲 カジノ夢 洲 カジノg centers and mann夢 洲 カジノg offices*2 夢 洲 カジノ regions worldwide.
