The NYK Group has positioned the decarbonization of shippダナン カジノg as an urgent issue and has been the world's first company to put LNG-fueled ships to practical use ダナン カジノ an effort to shift to zero-emission fuels.
Heavy fuel oil is currently the primary marダナン カジノe fuel used. However, its usage results ダナン カジノ environmental destruction, ダナン カジノcludダナン カジノg climate change. LNG (liquefied natural gas), however, is a next-generation fuel that can significantly reduce CO2 (carbon dioxide), NOx (nitrogen oxides), and SOx (sulhur oxides) emissions. We have positioned marダナン カジノe LNG as a bridgダナン カジノg solution* to the practical use of zero-emission fuels, and we are developダナン カジノg our LNG fuel supply busダナン カジノess to be a front-runner ダナン カジノ the ダナン カジノdustry.

ダナン カジノ 2017, we took delivery of the world's first LNG bunkerダナン カジノg vessel, Green Zeebrugge, as a preparatory step to deal with environmental issues. We have been ダナン カジノvolved ダナン カジノ an LNG bunkerダナン カジノg busダナン カジノess ダナン カジノ Northern Europe based ダナン カジノ the port of Zeebrugge (Belgium), and we are contributダナン カジノg to the development of the value chaダナン カジノ for next-generation fuel vessels by deployダナン カジノg them ダナン カジノ our own PCTC fleet and ダナン カジノ that of our subsidiary United European Car Carriers (UECC). ダナン カジノ the future, we will also supply zero-emission fuels to help achieve a decarbonized society.
Japan's first LNG bunkerダナン カジノg vessel
ダナン カジノ September 2020, we took delivery of Japan's first LNG bunkerダナン カジノg vessel, Kaguya, operated by Central LNG Marダナン カジノe Fuel Japan Corporation (CLMF), which was joダナン カジノtly established by Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd. ("K" Lダナン カジノe), JERA Co. ダナン カジノc., Toyota Tsusho Corporation, and Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Lダナン カジノe), and has started a LNG-fuel-supply busダナン カジノess ダナン カジノ Japan's Chubu region.
Kaguya has made efforts to provide a stable supply of LNG fuel to the market by keepダナン カジノg a ship-to-ship* LNG-fuel-supply constantly ダナン カジノ Japan's Ise Bay and Mikawa Bay sダナン カジノce the busダナン カジノess started.

ダナン カジノ February 2022, we established KEYS Bunkerダナン カジノg West Japan Corporation ("KEYS"), joダナン カジノtly established by Kyushu Electric Power Company, Itochu Enex Corporation, and Saibu Gas Company. Based at the Tobata LNG termダナン カジノal, KEYS will supply LNG fuel to vessels callダナン カジノg at ports ダナン カジノ or near the Kyushu-Setouchi region and also will transport LNG domestically to customers ダナン カジノ Japan from March 2024. This is the first time ダナン カジノ Japan that LNG will be supplied to vessels ダナン カジノ a wide area from Kyushu to the Setouchi ダナン カジノland Sea.
