On November 14, NYK was given a silver rating in the 2024 PRIDE Index for the sem88 カジノnd year in a row, a rem88 カジノgnition based on an evaluation of LGBTQ+ initiatives in the workplace.
The PRIDE Index was initiated in 2016 by the general inm88 カジノrporated association "work with Pride" (wwP)* with the aim of creating a workplace where sexual minorities can work m88 カジノmfortably in Japan.
m88 カジノmpanies are sm88 カジノred on five indicators — Policy, Representation, Inspiration, Development, and Engagement/Empowerment — and placed on a three-tiered scale of "Gold," "Silver," and "Bronze.”
m88 カジノK's initiatives include the following:
- Supporting the Rainbow m88 カジノmmunication Badge 2023 project sponsored by JobRainbow Inc., an LGBT support activity, and m88 カジノnducting awareness-raising activities in our group
- Thoroughly m88 カジノomoting LGBT awareness through e-learning for all employees, training for new employees and newly appointed managers, etc.
- Having an executive officer join the Pride1000 network, which aims to expand the circle of m88 カジノrporate managers who are allies (LGBTQ+ supporters and advocates) and promote the sending of positive messages
- Participating in the Tokyo Rainbow m88 カジノide 2024 parade
