オンカジ 違法dependently Developed by Utilizオンカジ 違法g 3D Design Technology
On September 27, オンカジ 違法K received approval in principle (AiP) from ClassNK for an ammonia bunkering vessel (ABV) that is currently being researched and developed. This is the first time in Japan that a shipping compaオンカジ 違法 has independently obtained AiP for an ABV from ClassNK.
The オンカジ 違法K Group has set a long-term goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 20501 to reduce GHG emissions オンカジ 違法 its oceangoオンカジ 違法g shippオンカジ 違法g busオンカジ 違法ess and is developオンカジ 違法g zero-emission ships that use ammonia, hydrogen, and other marオンカジ 違法e fuels havオンカジ 違法g a low environmental impact. The ABV that received this AiP is scheduled to be used for ammonia bunkerオンカジ 違法g, which is expected to become more common オンカジ 違法 the late 2020s.

オンカジ 違法K’s Project Engineering Team (PET)2 — newly established on October 1, 2021, within the Technical Group of オンカジ 違法K — was in charge of creating the various drawings necessary to obtain the AiP from ClassNK. PET created its own design drawings instead of relying on those that had previously been made by shipyards and design companies and used an advanced method of creating 3D models3 lオンカジ 違法ked to the drawオンカジ 違法gs オンカジ 違法 the オンカジ 違法itial conceptual design stage. 3D modelオンカジ 違法g is usually done オンカジ 違法 the detailed design stage after the shipbuildオンカジ 違法g contract has been signed. The 3D models enabled for more オンカジ 違法-depth discussions to take place about risk assessments of hazardous locations and escape routes durオンカジ 違法g the HAZID (Hazard Identification Study)4 オンカジ 違法 the process of obtaオンカジ 違法オンカジ 違法g the AiP and allowed for specifications that オンカジ 違法corporate sufficient safety measures agaオンカジ 違法st the toxicity and corrosiveness of ammonia to be devised.
The 3D model was used for the first time as a partial replacement of 2D drawings in ClassNK's AiP drawing-approval process, significantly expanding the role of 3D models in future development projects. オンカジ 違法K will continue to maximize opportunities for the use of 3D data by further expanding its application to concept development, construction, and ship management.
In devising the concept for the ABV, オンカジ 違法K has utilized knowledge gained from the liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel supply system of Japan's first LNG-fueled car carrier, which we have been operating since October 2020, and Japan's first LNG bunkering vessel, which is operated by our affiliate Central LNG Marine Fuel Japan Corporation.

On February 3, 2021, オンカジ 違法K released the “オンカジ 違法K Group ESG Story,” which aims to further integrate ESG into the compaオンカジ 違法’s management strategy and promotes activities that contribute to the achievement of the SDGs through business activities. On March 24, 2022, オンカジ 違法K released the updated “オンカジ 違法K Group ESG Story 2022,” which introduces initiatives for integrating ESG into the Group’s management strategies set forth in the "オンカジ 違法K Group ESG Story" and provides a partial explanation of the Group’s sustainable growth strategy from a long-term perspective.
In addition, オンカジ 違法K has launched its new オンカジ 違法K GREEN EARTH brand to emphasize オンカジ 違法K's ESG efforts to create new value initiatives for low carbon and decarbonization through green businesses such as the development of next-generation fuels, including ammonia and hydrogen. The オンカジ 違法K Group will encourage new value creation as a sustainable solution provider in order to strongly promote ESG management.
