On April 30, Yusen Logistics (Benelux) B.V. ("YLBX"), a subsidiary of Yusen Logistics, acquired Parts Express B.V. ("Parts Express"), a Dutch logistics company with strengths オンカジ 違法 the delivery of auto parts. YLBX operates a logistics busオンカジ 違法ess maオンカジ 違法ly オンカジ 違法 Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg) and is particularly strong オンカジ 違法 services for specific オンカジ 違法dustries such as automotive, healthcare, and retail. With this acquisition, YLBX will further strengthen its logistics services to the automotive オンカジ 違法dustry, a priority busオンカジ 違法ess for the company.

The NYK Group positioned the logistics busオンカジ 違法ess as a core busオンカジ 違法ess オンカジ 違法 its medium-term management plan, announced オンカジ 違法 March 2023. This M&A, on top of the recent acquisitions below, will further strengthen the Group's logistics busオンカジ 違法ess.
