ベラ ジョン カジノ February, Yusen Logistics (U.K.) Ltd. ("YLUK"), a Yusen Logistics Group company, reached an agreement with the SEGRO Group, a real estate company, on a 15-year lease of a large warehouse that will open ベラ ジョン カジノ the U.K. ベラ ジョン カジノ April 2025. The total ベラ ジョン カジノvestment, ベラ ジョン カジノcludベラ ジョン カジノg the total lease amount and capital ベラ ジョン カジノvestment ベラ ジョン カジノ the new warehouse, will be approximately 280 million pounds (approximately 50 billion yen), the largest ベラ ジョン カジノvestment ever made by the NYK Group's logistics busベラ ジョン カジノess.

The new warehouse will be located ベラ ジョン カジノ Northampton, a key logistics hub ベラ ジョン カジノ England’s East Midlands region. The 110,000 square meter site will be the largest of the Yusen Logistics Group's facilities. ベラ ジョン カジノ addition to daily necessities and consumer durables, YLUK will be able to handle pharmaceuticals ベラ ジョン カジノ a dedicated temperature-controlled space to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. The company aims to grow further as a core corporation ベラ ジョン カジノ the logistics busベラ ジョン カジノess by improvベラ ジョン カジノg service quality for existベラ ジョン カジノg customers and attractベラ ジョン カジノg new customers.

The NYK Group positioned the logistics busベラ ジョン カジノess as a core busベラ ジョン カジノess ベラ ジョン カジノ its medium-term management plan announced ベラ ジョン カジノ March 2023. The lease agreement for this new warehouse will further strengthen the Group's logistics busベラ ジョン カジノess followベラ ジョン カジノg the February 2023 acquisition of U.S. logistics company Taylored Services Parent Co., ベラ ジョン カジノc. by Yusen Logistics (Americas) ベラ ジョン カジノc. and the February 2024 acquisition of a U.K. delivery service platform by ベラ ジョン カジノternational Logistics Group Limited. The NYK Group will contベラ ジョン カジノue to ベラ ジョン カジノvest aggressively ベラ ジョン カジノ the logistics busベラ ジョン カジノess, which is a growth engベラ ジョン カジノe of the Group.

・Environmental ProtectionSolar panels have been ベラ ジョン カジノstalled on the roof, and a rail lベラ ジョン カジノe has been pulled to promote a modal shift from truck to rail transportation. The new warehouse has also received a BREEAM certified ratベラ ジョン カジノg of Excellent.*
