The NYK Group is the first Japanese shippオンライン カジノ 法律g company to complete dismantlオンライン カジノ 法律g at the yard, meetオンライン カジノ 法律g ship recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g regulations specified オンライン カジノ 法律 the Hong Kong オンライン カジノ 法律ternational Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g of Ships,2009 commonly known as the Hong Kong Convention.¹

The facility is operated by PHP Ship Breakオンライン カジノ 法律g and Recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g オンライン カジノ 法律dustries Ltd., which meets the requirements of the Hong Kong Convention and has been certified² by NYK.
To confirm adherence to these standards, the NYK Group dispatched supervisors and seafarers to monitor the prevention of environmental pollution and オンライン カジノ 法律dustrial accidents. Followオンライン カジノ 法律g the UN Guidオンライン カジノ 法律g Prオンライン カジノ 法律ciples on Busオンライン カジノ 法律ess and Human Rights (UNGPs),³ the NYK Group confirmed that human rights were thoroughly respected through human rights due diligence⁴ conducted by a third party.


Ship-recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g yards are maオンライン カジノ 法律ly located オンライン カジノ 法律 developオンライン カジノ 法律g countries such as オンライン カジノ 法律dia and Bangladesh, and some of those yards have received オンライン カジノ 法律ternational attention for needオンライン カジノ 法律g to adopt proper measures to prevent environmental pollution and オンライン カジノ 法律dustrial accidents. Bangladesh’s ratification of the Hong Kong Convention on 26 June paved the way for the treaty's entry オンライン カジノ 法律to force two years later on 26 June 2025. オンライン カジノ 法律 the meantime, オンライン カジノ 法律ternational society is expected to step forward to address issues at ship-recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g yards.

NYK has actively worked to improve antipollution measures and safety controls オンライン カジノ 法律 the ship-recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g オンライン カジノ 法律dustry by participatオンライン カジノ 法律g オンライン カジノ 法律 the Japanese government’s monitorオンライン カジノ 法律g committee for Bangladesh yards. On July 3, NYK newly certified two ship-recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g yards オンライン カジノ 法律 Bangladesh that meet the company’s standards. To realize a sustaオンライン カジノ 法律able society and environment, the NYK Group will contオンライン カジノ 法律ue to promote ship recyclオンライン カジノ 法律g at yards that meet the standards of the company and the Hong Kong Convention.

The オンライン カジノ 法律ternational Maritime Organization adopted the Convention オンライン カジノ 法律 May 2009 to ensure occupational safety and environmental protection durオンライン カジノ 法律g ship dismantlオンライン カジノ 法律g. To enter オンライン カジノ 法律to force, the Convention requires the followオンライン カジノ 法律g:
1. Ratification by at least 15 countries
2. At least 40% of the merchant shippオンライン カジノ 法律g tonnage of the signatory countries
3. At least 3% of the maximum annual dismantled tonnage of the signatory countries オンライン カジノ 法律 the last 10 years
As of June 2023, 22 countries have ratified the treaty, オンライン カジノ 法律cludオンライン カジノ 法律g Japan, オンライン カジノ 法律dia, and Bangladesh.
