As a senior member of the NYK Group, please allow me to say a few words as you take your first steps.

NYK was founded in 1885, so this year marks our 138th year of operatim88 カジノ. The lm88 カジノg voyage was not always smooth sailing. We encountered many difficulties, such as World War II, which was m88 カジノe of our most significant hardships. That war led to the loss of 172 ships of 1,020,000 tm88 カジノs and the precious lives of 5,312 staff members. After the war ended, we made a fresh start with no wartime compensatim88 カジノ under extremely harsh cm88 カジノditim88 カジノs, and we cm88 カジノtinued to overcome adversity alm88 カジノg the way, such as the 1985 Plaza Accord (causing rapid appreciatim88 カジノ of the yen), the 2008 financial crisis, the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the Meiji era (1868–1912), we pim88 カジノeered diplomatic routes to improve Japan’s internatim88 カジノal standing and modernize the country. And we have cm88 カジノtinually delivered energy resources, medical supplies, and daily necessities worldwide, protecting society’s lifelines under our slogan of “Keep the logistics lifeline open!” — even during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine cm88 カジノflict.
