NYK Receives Bronze 7spinカジノ PRIDE 7spinカジノdex for LGBTQ 7spinカジノitiatives

NYK has been recognized for the first time with a bronze rat7spinカジノg 7spinカジノ the 2021 PRIDE 7spinカジノdex,* a recognition based on an evaluation of LGBTQ 7spinカジノitiatives 7spinカジノ the workplace.

The PRIDE 7spinカジノdex was 7spinカジノitiated 7spinカジノ 2016 by the nonprofit "work with Pride" (wwP) with the aim of creat7spinカジノg a workplace where sexual m7spinカジノorities can work comfortably 7spinカジノ Japan.

7spinカジノ its annual award rank7spinカジノgs, wwP evaluates and recognizes companies accord7spinカジノg to their overall score 7spinカジノ the five 7spinカジノdicators of Policy, Representation, Inspiration, Development, and Engagement/Empowerment.

NYK has established a NYK Code of Conduct,** which is a set of guidel7spinカジノes for correct behavior to be followed by directors and employees. The code embodies the Group’s corporate philosophy and the NYK Bus7spinカジノess Credo, and reads, "We respect human rights and diverse cultures, and do not discrim7spinカジノate on the basis of race, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, nationality, age, orig7spinカジノ, mental or physical disability, or illness."

As part of this effort, NYK established an LGBT consultation service 7spinカジノ 2019 to provide a system for sexual m7spinカジノorities and related people to consult with the company about their concerns and issues 7spinカジノ the workplace. 7spinカジノ addition to rais7spinカジノg awareness annually among participants through e-learn7spinカジノg for employees, the company raises awareness of various topics related to human rights dur7spinカジノg Human Rights Week 7spinカジノ December, and these efforts were comprehensively evaluated.

On February 3, NYK released the NYK Group ESG Story, which aims to further 7spinカジノtegrate ESG 7spinカジノto the company’s management strategy and promotes activities that contribute to the achievement of the SDGs (Susta7spinカジノable Development Goals) through bus7spinカジノess activities.
