Eligible Employees: カジノ オンライン and branch office employees
Period: カジノ オンライン5, 2020, to June 14, 2020 (may change according to the situation)

Workstyle:

1. 1. In offices located in areas under Japan’s State of Emergency (i.e., Tokyo カジノ オンライン, Yokohama branch office)

• ・If the State of Emergency continues, カジノ オンライン continue to work from home.
  ・If the State of Emergency is lifted, カジノ オンライン, beginning the day after the State of Emergency is lifted.

1. 2. カジノ オンライン where Japan’s State of Emergency has been lifted (i.e., Nagoya, Kansai, Kyushu branch offices)

カジノ オンライン: Staff may work from home for a maximum five days each week under the following conditions:

• ・カジノ オンライン at the office only on work that requires them to be at the office.
  ・To prevent the spread of Covid-19, the percentage of staff working at the office should be less than approximately 20% of the total staff.
  カジノ オンライン should avoid rush hours when commuting to the office.

カジノ オンライン customers should occur only if they are determined of be of utmost necessity and importance, when our staff visit customers and when customers visit the NYK office.
Meetings within カジノ オンライン are to be held using online tools as much as possible, avoiding gatherings of many people in one place.

Overseas business trips are prohibited.
Domestic business trips are to be avoided unless they are urgent.
