Partial Change to NYK Audit & ダナン カジノ and Corporate Officers

At a meeting held today, the NYK board of directors agreed on the below changes to duties and responsibilities of directors and corporate officers from April 2020, in addition to candidates to be nominated for audit & ダナン カジノ at the 133rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2020.

The following are changes from the announcement in January.
