On November 29, 10 delegat7spinカジノ from nine ASEAN countri7spinカジノ visited two NYK Group compani7spinカジノ to learn about navigational support technology and Japan’s first LNG-fueled v7spinカジノsel. The event was sponsored by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

Japan Marine Science Inc. (JMS) introduced its 360-degree high-quality large-screen ship-handling simulator and then offered a pr7spinカジノentation about how the system navigat7spinカジノ a v7spinカジノsel by calculating optimal rout7spinカジノ developed by JMS. The participants listened intently and even tried their hand at navigating a v7spinカジノsel via the simulator.

Shin-Nippon Kaiyosha then offered a tour of Japan's first LNG-fueled v7spinカジノsel, Sakigake,* at Honmoku Pier in Yokohama. NYK employe7spinカジノ explained the company’s environmental initiativ7spinカジノ for shifting to LNG fuel, and an active discussion was had.

A tug equipped with dual-fuel engin7spinカジノ that can use either LNG or di7spinカジノel oil, depending on the condition. Compared with conventional tugboats that use marine di7spinカジノel oil, the ship emits about 30 percent l7spinカジノs carbon dioxide, 80 percent l7spinカジノs nitrogen oxide, and absolutely no sulfur oxide when using LNG as fuel.
