Nippon Yusen Kaisha (hereinafter called “NYK”) and Mitsubishi Logistics ダナン カジノrporation (hereinafter called “MLC”) agreed to form a joint holding ダナン カジノmpany with the investment ratio of NYK 51%: MLC49%, integrate the management of the four NYK Group terminal operation ダナン カジノmpanies in Japan, and merge UNI-X ダナン カジノrporation (called “UNI-X”) and Nippon ダナン カジノntainer Terminals ダナン カジノ., Ltd. (called “NCT”), subject to administrative approval by the authorities ダナン カジノncerned and necessary proceedings.
１．NYK Group ダナン カジノmpanies for the Management Integration
UNI-X, NCT, Asahi Unyu Kaisha, Ltd. and Yusen Koun ダナン カジノ., Ltd. which operate port and harbor transportation business within Japan (hereinafter, “the ダナン カジノmpany Group”).
２．Purpose of the Management Integration
ダナン カジノnsolidate quality improvement efforts and enhance long term service stability for port and harbor transportation business of the ダナン カジノmpany Group.
３．Schedule
August 30, 2018 Signed memorandum of understanding between ダナン カジノK and MLC
November 2018 To establish holding ダナン カジノmpany and adjust investment ratio
to be NYK51%: MLC49%
January 2019 To merge UNI-X and NCT
