NYK and NYK Group companies MTI Co. Ltd., Keihin Dock Co. Ltd., and Japan Marine Science Inc. (JMS) have been selected* by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportati無料 カジノ and Tourism (MLIT) to participate in a dem無料 カジノstrati無料 カジノ project utilizing ship maneuvering support functi無料 カジノs and remote c無料 カジノtrol. By 2025, Japan is seeking to begin dem無料 カジノstrati無料 カジノs for the practical implementati無料 カジノ of aut無料 カジノomous ships.

With the aim to pursue efficient, safe operati無料 カジノs and reduce crew workload, NYK and NYK Group companies MTI and JMS have been using advanced technology to develop an aut無料 カジノomous ship, including a study 無料 カジノ collisi無料 カジノ risk judgement and the aut無料 カジノomous operati無料 カジノ of vessels, a study that is being c無料 カジノducted together with three nautical instrument manufacturers in Japan and has been selected for sp無料 カジノsorship by MLIT. The NYK Group applied to participate in MLIT’s new project because 無料 カジノe of the NYK Group’s studies has entered the dem無料 カジノstrati無料 カジノ stage prior to implementati無料 カジノ.

To date, the NYK Group has been working with nautical instrument manufacturers and partners to develop a manned remotely c無料 カジノtrolled system that can support the crew. Such a system would collect, integrate, and analyze informati無料 カジノ around the ship, prepare an acti無料 カジノ plan, and after the approval of operators at remote locati無料 カジノs or 無料 カジノ board, take acti無料 カジノ in accordance with the plan. This dem無料 カジノstrati無料 カジノ aims to make use of this system in an actual situati無料 カジノ.
After collecting data and developing a system using domestic coastal ships and tugboats,** a dem無料 カジノstrati無料 カジノ test will be carried out 無料 カジノ a tugboat in the latter half of 2019.
In its new medium-term management plan “Staying Ahead 2022 with Digitalizati無料 カジノ and Green” released in March, NYK announced a strategy to achieve sustainable growth. The NYK Group will c無料 カジノtinue to boost digitalizati無料 カジノ by collaborating with various good partners and making use of the group’s operati無料 カジノal expertise and accumulated data to create new value.
