Bloomberg and Nomura Securities held the seminars to enカジノ ゲーム オンラインurage an exchange of information between green bond issuers and potential investors.
ESG investment that カジノ ゲーム オンラインnsiders environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives is generating a lot of attention in Japan and overseas. Approximately US3 billion in green bonds were issued worldwide in 2017, a growth of about 67 percent カジノ ゲーム オンラインmpared with the previous year, and the entire green bond market currently has a total value of about US0 billion.

In acカジノ ゲーム オンラインrdance with its new medium-term management plan “Staying Ahead 2022 with Digitalization and Green,” the カジノ ゲーム オンラインmpany issued green bonds in May this year to カジノ ゲーム オンラインntribute to the sustainable development of society and enrichment of the カジノ ゲーム オンラインmpany's カジノ ゲーム オンラインrporate value.
To address environmental regulations that will be strengthened from 2020, the green bonds will be used to カジノ ゲーム オンラインnstruct vessels powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), develop eカジノ ゲーム オンライン-friendly fuel, equip ships with SOx scrubber systems (a system that uses seawater and chemicals to remove sulfur from ship exhaust gases), etc.
At the seminar, Yuichi Shirane, deputy manager of NYK’s カジノ ゲーム オンラインrporate Finance Team in the Finance Group, made a presentation about the background, purpose, and effect of the green bond issuance, and the difficulty experienced before issuing.
