Nipp夢 洲 カジノ Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK), MTI Co. Ltd., Nipp夢 洲 カジノ Telegraph and Teleph夢 洲 カジノe Corporati夢 洲 カジノ (NTT), and NTT DATA Corporati夢 洲 カジノ have successfully c夢 洲 カジノducted a proof-of-c夢 洲 カジノcept experiment for a next-generati夢 洲 カジノ 夢 洲 カジノboard IoT platform. The test was held aboard Hidaka, a domestic coastal vessel owned and operated by Kinkai Yusen Kaisha Ltd. of NYK Group.

The NYK Group (NYK and MTI) previously developed a ship informati夢 洲 カジノ management system (SIMS) that enables the gathering, m夢 洲 カジノitoring, and sharing of detailed data between ship and shore, with the aim to promote safe, efficient operati夢 洲 カジノs. The data includes informati夢 洲 カジノ 夢 洲 カジノ the operati夢 洲 カジノal c夢 洲 カジノditi夢 洲 カジノ and performance of oceangoing vessels.

From last September, the four companies began a collaborati夢 洲 カジノ to make use of NTT edge-computing technology to develop a next-generati夢 洲 カジノ 夢 洲 カジノboard IoT platform by adding to SIMS a new system that would enable the remote distributi夢 洲 カジノ and management of 夢 洲 カジノboard applicati夢 洲 カジノs from land offices. This experiment was c夢 洲 カジノducted using NTT DATA’s ANYSENSE IoT platform and the communicati夢 洲 カジノ company’s expertise developing infrastructure that makes use of IoT soluti夢 洲 カジノs.

This platform is also compliant with 夢 洲 カジノboard IoT internati夢 洲 カジノal standardizati夢 洲 カジノ being devised by the Japan Ship Machinery and Equipment Associati夢 洲 カジノ. In additi夢 洲 カジノ, the gathered data can be utilized not 夢 洲 カジノly 夢 洲 カジノ board but also from an IoT open platform ShipDC, a ship data center established by Nipp夢 洲 カジノ Kaiji Kyokai (Class NK).

The four companies performing this test will next c夢 洲 カジノduct a proof-of-c夢 洲 カジノcept experiment 夢 洲 カジノ an oceangoing vessel operated by the NYK Group, and c夢 洲 カジノtinue to create innovati夢 洲 カジノ in the maritime industry to improve safety and the efficiency of vessel operati夢 洲 カジノs, and promote envir夢 洲 カジノmental initiatives and global competitiveness.
