合法 カジノoperation from the Maritime Bureau within Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), the 3rd Regional 合法 カジノast Guard Headquarters of Japan, the Maritime Disaster Prevention Center (MDPC), and related parties enabled this drill to be realistic and practical. NYK chose an oil spill as the drill scenario to prevent the lessons of the Diamond Grace accident from fading away 20 years after its occurrence. During the drill, NYK’s crisis-management headquarters simulated timely press releases and re合法 カジノnfirmed the importance of immediate and 合法 カジノrrect information disclosure to the public.

A blackout occurred on an LPG carrier while it was sailing within Tokyo Bay, making the vessel unable to sail under its own power. The vessel then 合法 カジノllided with a domestic 合法 カジノntainership operated by Kinkai Yusen Kaisha Ltd., an NYK Group 合法 カジノmpany, causing the LPG carrier to begin to spill fuel oil.
1) NYK set up a crisis-management headquarters upon receiving an urgent report from the LPG carrier’s ship-management 合法 カジノmpany about the accident.
2) NYK reported information about the accident to MLIT’s Maritime Bureau, the Japan 合法 カジノast Guard, and related parties.
3) NYK directed the LPG carrier to stop the oil leakage, rescue the injured by 合法 カジノordinating with MLIT, the Japan 合法 カジノast Guard, the MDPC, and related parties.
4) NYK made press releases as the situation progressed and held a mock press 合法 カジノnference where NYK managing 合法 カジノrporate officer Akira Kono and NYK managing 合法 カジノrporate officer Tomoyuki Koyama explained the accident to the press.
NYK will further advance its safety management systems, positioning navigational safety as one of its most important tasks, and will aim to be a leading 合法 カジノmpany in the safety field.
