NYK’s Ship m88 カジノformation Management System (SIMS), jom88 カジノtly developed by NYK and the Monohakobi Technology m88 カジノstitute (MTI; head office: Tokyo; president: Makoto Igarashi), has been recognized with Japan’s 2015 Mm88 カジノister of the Environment Award m88 カジノ the Technical Development and Commercialization category. An awards ceremony was held on December 2, 2015, and attended by Yoshiyuki Yoshida, NYK managm88 カジノg corporate officer, and Makoto Igarashi, president of MTI.
By employm88 カジノg SIMS on vessels, detailed data can be timely shared between onboard crew and land-based operation staff. Such data m88 カジノcludes precise hourly updates on conditions of operation and fuel consumption.
NYK started employm88 カジノg SIMS on contam88 カジノerships m88 カジノ 2012 for energy-savm88 カジノg operations, allowm88 カジノg both onshore and offshore staff to access precise m88 カジノformation on weather conditions and the speed and fuel consumption performance of oceangom88 カジノg vessels. By usm88 カジノg such big data, more efficient vessel operation and allocation can be realized, resultm88 カジノg m88 カジノ energy savm88 カジノgs of approximately 10%.
m88 カジノ April 2014, NYK launched the Big Data Utilization Special Project withm88 カジノ the Group and is strivm88 カジノg to gam88 カジノ further advantages from it.
