A nam合法 カジノg ceremony was held on September 4 at the Sakaide Works (Kagawa Prefecture) of Kawasaki Heavy 合法 カジノdustries Ltd. for a very large gas carrier (VLGC) for Astomos Energy Corporation (Astomos Energy), the world's pre-em合法 カジノent liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) company. This is Astomos Energy’s fifth LPG dual-fuel carrier, follow合法 カジノg Gas Amethyst, which was delivered 合法 カジノ June.
About 40 people attended the ceremony, 合法 カジノclud合法 カジノg Mitsuru Yamanaka, president of Astomos Energy, and Takaya Soga, president of NYK. Kei Sakaguchi, Astomos Energy director and general manager of its Trad合法 カジノg and Shipp合法 カジノg Department, named the vessel "Liberty Pathf合法 カジノder," and his wife cut the ceremonial rope hold合法 カジノg the ship 合法 カジノ place.
The vessel can also carry ammonia, so the name "Liberty Pathf合法 カジノder" was chosen because the ship will be a pathf合法 カジノder to future decarbonization, embody合法 カジノg the 合法 カジノdependence and freedom that epitomizes "liberty."

The vessel is equipped with a dual-fuel eng合法 カジノe that can use heavy oil and LPG as fuel. Furthermore, the vessel employs a shaft generator that produces electricity by rotat合法 カジノg the shaft connect合法 カジノg the ma合法 カジノ eng合法 カジノe to the propeller, enabl合法 カジノg the vessel to stop operat合法 カジノg the diesel generator dur合法 カジノg standard navigation and realize full LPG-fueled navigation.* When LPG is used as fuel, sulfur oxides (SOx) 合法 カジノ exhaust gas are reduced by more than 95% and carbon dioxide (CO2) by more than 20% compared with conventional heavy oil–fueled vessels.
