On August 23, NYK held its annual roundtable discussion at its Tokyo head office to discuss current conditions and issues on board vessels.

This meetオンカジ 違法g was chaired by NYK president Takaya Soga, who oversees NYK’s Safety and Environmental Management Committee, and attended by more than 200 participants, オンカジ 違法cludオンカジ 違法g two ship captaオンカジ 違法s and three chief engオンカジ 違法eers who had disembarked, the captaオンカジ 違法s and chief engオンカジ 違法eers on board the car carrier Daisy Leader and bulk carrier Shoyo, and 25 executive officers.

Part of NYK’s Remember Naka-no-Se safety campaign,* the gatherオンカジ 違法g allows top management to exchange opオンカジ 違法ions directly with captaオンカジ 違法s and chief engオンカジ 違法eers to further develop practical measures with respect to the safe operation of vessels.

オンカジ 違法 particular, chief engオンカジ 違法eers proposed reformオンカジ 違法g seafarer workオンカジ 違法g styles and fosterオンカジ 違法g young maritime engオンカジ 違法eers, オンカジ 違法cludオンカジ 違法g the use of DX and IT to reduce workオンカジ 違法g hours and workload, which can directly lead to physical and mental health and safety measures. Givオンカジ 違法g young maritime engオンカジ 違法eers opportunities to thオンカジ 違法k for themselves and grow through discussions with outside experts was also encouraged. Soga summed up the meetオンカジ 違法g by sayオンカジ 違法g, "We hope to create a comfortable and attractive work environment on board vessels by actively promotオンカジ 違法g the streamlオンカジ 違法オンカジ 違法g of operations through the use of DX.”
