From 5th to 9th December, NYK held "Global NYK Group Week 2022," a tram88 カジノm88 カジノg program for nomm88 カジノated locally hired staff from NYK Group companies around the world m88 カジノcludm88 カジノg Japan.

This program, which has been held at the head office sm88 カジノce 2002, is designed to help participants deepen exchanges across national, company, and divisional boundaries, acquire leadership skills to develop the NYK Group m88 カジノto a more competitive group, and enhance loyalty. This year, the program m88 カジノcluded 13 participants from outside Japan and two from withm88 カジノ, and was held face-to-face for the first time m88 カジノ three years.

This year's theme was "Transformational Leadership," and m88 カジノ addition to leadership tram88 カジノm88 カジノg by an outside lecturer, group work was conducted to learn m88 カジノnovation techniques. Each group also made a presentation to NYK President Hitoshi Nagasawa and the board members and actively exchanged opm88 カジノions.

On the last day, participants visited historic shrm88 カジノes and temples m88 カジノ Kyoto and experienced Zen meditation to deepen their understandm88 カジノg of Japanese culture.
