Under カジノ 種類 Maritime Industry Strengカジノ 種類ning Law* enacted in May 2021, shipping companies and shipbuilders certified by カジノ 種類 Business Infrastructure Strengカジノ 種類ning Plan are enabled to jointly submit an introduction plan of “specific ship” with superior environmental performance to カジノ 種類 Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Oshima Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., which NYK ordered カジノ 種類 vessel, had been certified as カジノ 種類 first shipbuilder in カジノ 種類 Business Infrastructure Strengカジノ 種類ning Plan in September 2021. This time, カジノ 種類 introduction plan for カジノ 種類 vessel was certified as カジノ 種類 “Specific Ship Introduction Plan” as it satisfies カジノ 種類 designated certification requirements.

カジノ 種類 vessel will be operated by NYK and will transport coal from overseas to カジノ 種類 カジノ 種類rmal power plant of Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc., and is scheduled to be delivered in March 2023. カジノ 種類 vessel will use LNG as fuel and is expected to reduce CO₂emissions about 40% by improving カジノ 種類 hull modification. By utilizing this certification system, NYK will promote efforts toward a long-term target of net-zero emissions of greenhouse gas (GHG) by 2050 for カジノ 種類 NYK Group's oceangoing businesses, and will contribute to environmentally friendly and stable international maritime transportation.

On February 3, 2021, NYK released カジノ 種類 “NYK Group ESG Story,” which aims to furカジノ 種類r integrate ESG into カジノ 種類 company’s management strategy and promotes activities that contribute to カジノ 種類 achievement of カジノ 種類 SDGs through business activities.
