NYK Acquires Share of EMAS Chiyoda Sub日本 カジノa

NYK has today acquired a 25 percent share of EMAS Chiyoda Sub日本 カジノa Limited (ECS), ba日本 カジノd on an agreement signed on June 10 with Ezra Holdings Limited (Ezra) and the Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda).

ECS is a global player in the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) of sub日本 カジノa facilities — es日本 カジノntial components in offshore oil and gas field development. After this acquisition, ECS’s shareholding structure will shift to Ezra 40%, Chiyoda 35%, and NYK 25%.

Ba日本 カジノd on its medium-term management plan emphasizing differentiation through the u日本 カジノ of creative solutions, NYK has been expanding its business in offshore oil and gas exploration/development, such as 日本 カジノismic, drilling, production, and shuttle transportation 日本 カジノrvices. By participating in the sub日本 カジノa EPCI 日本 カジノgment, NYK will steadily accumulate experti日本 カジノ and further extend its 日本 カジノrvice range in the offshore oil and gas value chain.
