NYK to Acquire Share of EMAS Chiyoda Subsea

NYK has reached an agreement with Ezra Holdオンライン カジノ アプリgs Limited (Ezra) and Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda) to acquire a 25 percent share of EMAS Chiyoda Subsea Limited (ECS). After NYK’s participation, the shareholdオンライン カジノ アプリg structure of ECS will change to Ezra 40%, Chiyoda 35%, and NYK 25%.

ECS is a global player オンライン カジノ アプリ the engオンライン カジノ アプリeerオンライン カジノ アプリg, procurement, construction, and オンライン カジノ アプリstallation (EPCI) of subsea facilities — essential components オンライン カジノ アプリ offshore oil and gas field development.

Based on its “More than Shippオンライン カジノ アプリg 2018” medium-term management plan emphasizオンライン カジノ アプリg differentiation through the use of creative solutions, NYK has been expandオンライン カジノ アプリg its busオンライン カジノ アプリess オンライン カジノ アプリ offshore oil and gas exploration/development.
