ベラ ジョン カジノ (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. Becomes a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

On September 28, 2015, ベラ ジョン カジノ (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. became a wholly owned subsidiary of NYK.
Nearly nine years ago, ベラ ジョン カジノ (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. was established in Vietnam as a joint-venture maritime transport agency between NYK (equity 51%) and the VOSA Group of Companies (equity 49%). NYK recently purchased VOSA’s shares, and the Vietnamese government approved the application for ベラ ジョン カジノ (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. to become a wholly owned subsidiary.
The ベラ ジョン カジノ carries about 300,000 TEUs to and from Vietnam annually, connecting the country to the world through 12 direct liner services. NYK also serves the country with bulk shipping services, transporting a wide range of cargo, such as coal, wood chips, and industrial plant facilities.
The NYK Group will continue to expand the services offered through ベラ ジョン カジノ (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. in response to the various needs of its customers.
