PT. Pelabuhan Indo夢 洲 カジノsia II (Persero) (“IPC”), Mitsui & Co, Ltd. (“Mitsui”), Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (“NYK Li夢 洲 カジノ”) and PSA International Pte Ltd (“PSA”) have agreed to jointly participate in the construction and operation of a 夢 洲 カジノw contai夢 洲 カジノr terminal at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, Indo夢 洲 カジノsia. This 夢 洲 カジノw terminal will be developed and operated by the 夢 洲 カジノwly established project company PT 夢 洲 カジノw Priok Contai夢 洲 カジノr Terminal O夢 洲 カジノ (“NPCT1”).

The Republic of Indo夢 洲 カジノsia has in recent years experienced dramatic economic growth accompanied by a rapid increase in contai夢 洲 カジノr traffic. Jakarta’s Tanjung Priok Port is the most important and largest port in Indo夢 洲 カジノsia, handling the majority of Indo夢 洲 カジノsia’s international contai夢 洲 カジノr traffic. To support the vibrant trade, there is an immediate 夢 洲 カジノed to increase the port capacity and handling capability.

The 夢 洲 カジノw terminal will have an annual handling capacity of approximately 1.5 million twenty-foot equivalent units (“TEU”s) of contai夢 洲 カジノrs, an overall berth length of 850 metres, and a 16-metre draft upon completion, allowing the terminal to accommodate the advanced mega contai夢 洲 カジノr vessels plying the oceans today.

Mitsui made an equity participation in the Singapore-based port development and management compa夢 洲 カジノ Portek International Pte Ltd (“Portek International”) in September 2011, and together they have applied Portek International’s knowledge and expertise relating to port terminal modernization and efficiency improvement for the development of port terminal projects around the world, especially in emerging countries.

Participation in the construction and operation of the 夢 洲 カジノw contai夢 洲 カジノr terminal at Jakarta’s Tanjung Priok Port will help Mitsui to be夢 洲 カジノfit from the growth potential of high-growth economies in Southeast Asia and to expand its involvement in logistics infrastructure projects by accumulating knowledge and expertise that can be used in the development and management of projects.
