Ltd. (JRC; head office: Tokyo; president: Takayoshi Tsuchida) in research utilizing wave survey data obtained by NYK vessels.
Since 2010, NYK and MTI have conducted research in cooperation with 合法 カジノ JRC in 合法 カジノ development of a wave spectral observation system using 合法 カジノ shipboard radar. Through 合法 カジノ utilization of data obtained by 合法 カジノ system, NYK, MTI, and JRC 合法 カジノn began to collaborate with JMA to improve 合法 カジノ precision of wave prediction.*
Using wave models near Japan’s coast and around 合法 カジノ world, JMA is conducting research into wave analyses and predictions, such as 合法 カジノ heights, cycles and directions of waves. 合法 カジノ aim of 合法 カジノ collaboration is to improve 合法 カジノ precision of wave predictions by comparing and examining 合法 カジノ difference between 合法 カジノ JMA's predictions and 合法 カジノ data collected by 合法 カジノ wave spectral observation system.
Highly accurate wave predictions would make it possible for vessels to select routes that are more safe and energy-efficient. 合法 カジノ NYK Group will continue to be a part of eco-friendly research that can benefit 合法 カジノ transport services needed by society.

A numerical prediction model used to forecast 合法 カジノ heights and directions of waves by making use of an atmosphere model that forecasts ocean wind and can thus be used to calculate 合法 カジノ growth, debilitation, and propagation of waves.
